I’m Nusara Chinnaphasaen, founder of Fork & Story - a project born from my love of food and the stories that simmer behind every dish.

Flâneuse & Story is its natural companion, but with a different lens. Fork & Story is about tasting the world, Flâneuse & Story is about wandering through it - observing, collecting, and savoring the small details that give a destination its soul.

Born and baked in Thailand, shaped by Singapore, New York, London, and Amsterdam, I’ve always been drawn to the spirit of the flâneuse: someone who strolls, observes, and gathers fragments of culture, craft, taste, and quiet stories from ordinary corners.

Flâneuse & Story is my way of sharing those discoveries - not the most expensive places, not the trendiest spots, just the ones with character, honesty, and heart.
